What We Do
PoSH Training That Works Inside Your LMS
Most organisations have a Learning Management System. Very few have PoSH content inside it that employees actually complete. Sol changes that by building training modules that fit seamlessly into your platform, speak your organisation's language, and make compliance genuinely meaningful.
The PoSH Act 2013 requires employers to provide regular awareness training to all employees. Annual in-person workshops are one way to meet this obligation. But they reach only those who attend, and they cannot be revisited when an employee forgets or a new hire joins mid-year.
LMS-based PoSH modules solve this. Training is available on demand, trackable, and consistent. Every employee receives the same legally accurate content, on their own schedule, in a format they are already comfortable with.
Sol develops these modules from the ground up. We align every element to your organisation's PoSH policy, your brand identity, and the specific dynamics of your workforce. The result is content that does not feel like a compliance checkbox. It feels like something worth completing.
Our Modules
What Sol Builds for Your LMS
Each module is built for a specific audience and purpose. Together, they give your organisation a complete, structured approach to PoSH training that goes well beyond a single awareness session.
Employee Awareness Module
Designed for all employees, this foundational module explains what sexual harassment is under the PoSH Act, what constitutes a hostile work environment, and how to raise a complaint. It is written in plain language, free of legal jargon, and accessible to staff at every level.
Content is localised to your organisation's PoSH policy, so employees are learning the actual rules that apply to them, not a generic legal summary.
✓ Definition of sexual harassment under the Act
✓ Workplace examples and scenario-based learning
✓ How to file a complaint and what to expect
✓ Rights and protections for the complainant
Internal Committee (IC) Member Training
IC members carry significant legal and procedural responsibility. This module gives them the specific knowledge they need to receive complaints correctly, conduct a fair inquiry, maintain confidentiality, and document outcomes in line with the Act.
It covers the timelines IC members must follow, common procedural pitfalls to avoid, and how to handle sensitive situations with fairness and care.
✓IC composition and legal obligations
✓Inquiry procedure and 90-day timeline
✓Principles of natural justice and confidentiality
✓Annual report preparation and submission
Manager and HR Training Module
Managers are often the first point of contact when something goes wrong. This module equips them to respond appropriately when an employee raises a concern, without inadvertently compromising the formal process or creating liability for the organisation.
HR professionals will also find this module valuable for understanding their distinct role alongside the IC and how to support both complainants and respondents during an inquiry.
✓How to respond when an employee discloses harassment
✓What managers must and must not do
✓Creating a safe environment for reporting
✓Retaliation: recognising it and preventing it
New Hire Induction Module
PoSH compliance starts on day one. This concise induction module introduces new employees to your organisation's PoSH policy, the IC, and reporting channels as part of the standard onboarding journey.
It can be embedded directly into your existing onboarding flow in the LMS, ensuring that every new employee receives mandatory PoSH awareness before they complete their first week.
✓Concise format suitable for onboarding workflows
✓Introduction to your PoSH policy and IC contacts
✓Acknowledgement and assessment built in
✓Available in multiple languages on request

Fully SCORM-compliant packages that plug directly into your LMS and automatically report completion, scores, and time-on-module back to your administrators.
Mobile-Optimised Content
All modules are responsive and accessible on mobile devices, so employees on the shop floor, in the field, or working from home can complete training without barriers.
Assessments and Certificates
End-of-module assessments with auto-generated completion certificates. These create an auditable record of training for your annual PoSH report.
The Case for LMS Delivery
Why Deliver PoSH Training Through Your LMS?
An in-person workshop covers the room it is held in. An LMS module covers every employee, every location, and every hire who joins after the workshop is over.
- Reach every employee.
Remote workers, field teams, and staff in multiple offices all access the same training.
- Track completion automatically.
Your LMS records who has completed training, when, and how they performed. No sign-in sheets to manage.
- Refresh content cost-effectively.
When the law or your policy changes, updating a module is far more efficient than scheduling a new workshop for everyone.
- Self-paced learning works better.
Employees who are not rushed retain more. LMS modules allow staff to revisit sections they did not fully absorb.
- Build an audit trail.
Completion records and assessment scores support your annual PoSH report and demonstrate compliance to auditors and regulators.
- Onboard continuously.
New employees can complete induction training on day one, regardless of when they join.
Why Sol
What Makes Sol's LMS Modules Different
A great many vendors offer generic PoSH e-learning. Sol does not. Every module we build is specific to your organisation, your people, and the way you work.
Your Brand, Not Ours
Every module is built to your organisation's brand kit: fonts, colours, visual style. Employees experience training that looks like it belongs to your company, not a third-party template.
Legally Grounded Content
Sol's team of PoSH experts and external committee members write content that is accurate to the Act and to current guidance. You will never share outdated or legally incorrect training with your workforce.
Built for Your Industry
The scenarios, examples, and language in each module reflect the realities of your sector. A manufacturing workforce has different training needs than a tech team. Sol accounts for this.
Plug-In Ready
Sol works with your LMS administrators to ensure smooth integration, correct SCORM packaging, and accurate reporting from the first deployment.
Content That Stays Current
When your PoSH policy is updated or relevant case law changes, Sol can update the corresponding module efficiently. Your training does not become stale after the first year.
End-to-End Support
From content strategy to final delivery, Sol manages the project. You get a finished, ready-to-deploy module without the back-and-forth of managing freelancers or multiple vendors.
Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Questions we hear most often from HR teams and L&D managers exploring PoSH training for their LMS.
Which LMS platforms do your modules work with?
Sol builds SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004-compliant packages that work with most enterprise LMS platforms including SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Moodle, TalentLMS, Docebo, and Workday Learning, among others. If you are unsure about compatibility, share your platform details with us and we will confirm before the project begins.
How long does it take to build a module?
Timelines depend on the module type and the complexity of your requirements. A standard employee awareness module typically takes three to five weeks from brief to delivery. IC member training and multi-module packages take longer. Sol will provide a clear project timeline before work begins so you can plan your compliance calendar accordingly.
Can the modules be made available in regional languages?
Yes. Sol can develop modules with narration and on-screen text in regional languages including Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, and others, depending on your workforce composition. Multilingual delivery is particularly valuable for manufacturing, logistics, and hospitality organisations with large non-English-speaking teams.
Does Sol provide the content or does our team?
The Act does not prescribe a physical presence requirement, and post-pandemic practice has established that hearings can be conducted through video conferencing with appropriate safeguards. However, the external member must be meaningfully present and engaged in all proceedings, not just available on paper. The key requirement is genuine participation, not physical location.
Can the modules be updated after delivery?
Yes. Sol can update existing modules when your PoSH policy changes, when new guidance is issued, or when you want to refresh the content after a few years. Update fees depend on the scale of changes required. We recommend a light content review every two years as a best practice.
Does completing this module count as the mandatory annual training under the Act?
LMS-delivered PoSH training contributes meaningfully to your compliance obligations under Section 19 of the Act. However, it is best used as part of a broader training programme that may also include live workshops, IC sensitisation sessions, and periodic refreshers. Sol can help you design a full-year PoSH training plan that uses LMS modules alongside other formats for complete coverage.
